ABOUT THE MERCANTILE LOFTS

Originally built in 1907 and re-imagined in 2011, the Mercantile Lofts artfully combine vintage detailing with contemporary aesthetic.  Historic features—such as barn-style doors and exposed brick walls—have been highlighted within the context of the building’s modern amenities, such as custom bamboo flooring on some floors, polished concrete flooring on others, stainless-steel appliances and in-suite washer/dryer units.  The Mercantile Lofts’ 35 units feature 18 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and floor plans ranging from approximately 1400 to 2000 sqft, providing each room with an abundance of light and volume.
